The 2020 Something Russian Festival was cancelled due to COVID-19.

 

In place of the traditional festival St. Nicholas is hosting monthly Food Drive-thrus.

We offer Dinners and Frozen Foods with a rotating menu. 

 

Something Special the First Tuesday of Every Month.

Ethnic Specialties

 

Chicken Kiev - Breaded, breast of chicken wrapped around a filling of butter and chives.

Kielbasa with Kapusta - “Old Country” recipe smoked sausage with sauerkraut, simmered in bacon and onions.

Halupki - Our traditional cabbage leaves stuffed with beef, rice and spices, served in a tasty tomato sauce.

Pierogi - Dumplings filled with fresh mashed potatoes and cheese, topped with butter and onions.

Halushki - Dumplings with sautéed cabbage and onions.

Borscht - A hearty beet, beef and cabbage soup, delicious with a dollop of sour cream.

Blini - Traditional Eastern European crepes with a mildly sweet cheese filling.

Poonchki - Fresh and hot Russian-style donuts covered with powdered sugar.

Potato Pancakes - Crispy, golden brown, grated potato bliss. (not sold in the main food line - outside just past hall entrance)

Cevapcici (Sausages) - A mixture of beef, pork and spices "grilled to perfection." Served with onions and bread. (not sold in the main food line - outside just past hall entrance)
